I completely blame Pixiwoo for this one because i was watching one of their New Product Update videos and Nic tried one of these and i loved the colour so i have wanted it ever since. I needed eyeliner and i was in Superdrug and they had a 3 for 2 offer on so i thought this was the perfect opportunity to get one.
I bought the shade Don't Pink of it! which is a muted pinky nude, one of my favourite lip colours and i wear nude more often than i do bright colours so i stuck to what i know. It looks great with a subtle smoky eye and it is super long lasting which is amazing however i am not sure about my thoughts on the formula. The formula is like nothing else i have ever tried, it is almost gel like in its consistency. On the lips it applies a bit like a cream but slowly it dries and goes matte and lasts ages on the lips. I don't mind the formula but its not my favourite.
The other problems with this lipstick is the scent, it absolutley stinks of chemicals which is my problem with the Revlon Moisture Stains. I hate the smell and i wish it had a vanilla or fruity scent. Also due to the long lasting effect of the lipstick, it is very drying. I wear it for a day and then for the next few days i have to wear a more moisturising lipstick to compensate.
Even though that last bit did get really negative, i do really like this lipstick and i would definitely suggest trying at least one of these lipsticks. I will definitely be getting a bold red shade for nights out because i love its long lasting abilities and i look rough the next day anyway so if i have dry lips it doesn't matter as much.
