I found it people, apart from hair dyes, the worst hair product I've ever used is a Kerastase conditioner named Anti Usure.
It's actually a mask, well, I don't know, you have to leave it in for 2 minutes and it promises to battle breakage. For a Kerastase product it's not too expensive at 20 euros, but when you see this result you'll think twice:
I've had problems with Kerastase before. The thing is that their products, even at prices of 40 euros, do not work at all most of the time. It literally does nothing, not even grease my hair up or make it drier. As conditioners they do nothing meaning it's like only using my other products like shampoos, leaving my hair dry at the end of the day because the conditioner did absolutely nothing (would be tough for a conditioner to leave hair drier than before).
This one specific conditioner on the other hand did something else, it made my hair super greasy, and where I had applied it the most it actually didn't do anything as usual, leaving my hair drier than ever from blow drying. I felt horrible and I was already having a horrible week having some sort of sunstroke.
I had tried this product before and the result had been just as bad, but I thought I should give it a second chance to see if it wasn't a different product causing the problem. What I did exactly was applying the conditioner on my dry hair to hydrate it, only on the bottom half, because it had given me greasy hair before. Then I would rinse and follow up with my trusted Davinis Vegetarian Conditioner for my entire hair. I rinsed well and blow dried. This was the result.
My ends were super dry and the top was greasy and siliconey. This wasn't what I usually got from Davines, but certainly from Kerastase. It did get on the top half of my hair while rinsing and squeezing my hair, so yeah maybe I should have kept it away from there a bit better, but that still doesn't explain the state of the rest of my hair, for the second time. I have never experienced anything like this.
I poured the rest down the drain, and unfortunately I still have an expansive Kerastase mask jar laying around, I forgot what it did (probably nothing, which is why I couldn't review it), so I may try that again just once and then I might try and sell it.
I just have to say one thing... stay away from kerastase...
